Brilliant is an extremely high solids metallised emulsion wood floor polish containing an acrylic polymer which further assists the resistance to scuff marking. Brilliant is ideal floor polish for use on all plastic, vinyl, linoleum and sealed wood floors and gives long lasting protection from scuffing and everyday wear and tear. The quick drying formulation of our floor polish enables easy application, meaning immediate floor protection. Brilliant - Long life floor polish is supplied to major contract cleaning companies, health organisations and local councils. Regular cleaning can then be carried out using Maintayne - Buff & Sine, to maintain a mirror finish and increased slip resistance.
Brilliant is easy to use. Strip off previous build up of polish with a solution of Chemi Stip - Wood Floor polish remover. Ensure that the surface has been thoroughly cleaned, neutralised and allowed to dry, then simply apply Brilliant with a cotton mop. For ease of application, apply over an area of approx 3 metres square by pouring Brilliant directly onto the surface, and spreading with the normal 'figure of eight' movement of the mop to ensure a light, even coverage, without flooding the surface. Apply the first coat up to the skirting boards, but finish the second and subsequent coats about 8 cm away. The first coat will be dry in about an hour, the second can then be applied in the same manner but in the opposite direction, finishing off with a third in the same direction as the first, (in the case of a wood flow apply a first coat in the direction of the grain.) This ensures sound interlocking adhesion and will results in a hard wearing surface.
1 Litre covers approximately 7 square metres. Added protection can be gained by using MAINTAYNE. Brilliant wood floor polish must be stored away from children.
