Product Application of Boiler Water Treatment
CP-9015 boiler water treatment chemical should be dosed to the hotwell either continuously or proportionally to make-up, to maintain the levels specified by the Chemiphase consultant, as indicated by the analytical results. Typical Dosage Rate 120- 250 ppm as Tannin.
Health Information
CP-9015 contains sodium hydroxide and is therefore harmful to eyes and skin and also by digestion. Wear suitable protective clothing. Please refer to Safety Data Sheet for specific information.
Features and Benefits
- CP-9015 is and will confer additional protection by formation of a tannate film on metal surfaces in the feed and boiler systems.
- CP-9015 is less affected by low or variable feed water temperatures and therefore affords better protection under such circumstances than other scavengers.
- CP-9015 is particularly beneficial when in stand-by or off-line boilers due to the formation of a protective film.
Storage & Shelf Life
When stored between 10 and 40oC in the original unopened container, C P 9015 has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
