Limate - the best brick and patio cleaner is a powerful acidic cleaner and descaler containing special additives to boost formulas action and penetration. Limate removes stains and limescale from brickwork, concrete, paving, tiles etc. Limate is easy to use, effective and economical. Limate cleans away algae, dirt and grime. Limate is inhibited to minimise the attack on bare metal and modified to prevent the fuming which is associated with strongly acidic solutions. We supply this product to industrial cleaning companies, and commercial contractors it is now available for use in the home.
Stubborn and persistent stains that will not generally weather away naturally will require the application of a specific acid cleaning treatment to remove them. Care must be taken when using Limate on Natural Stone products. Most granites, basalts, porphyry, slates and quartzite stones are unaffected by acid based cleaners, but a discreet area must be tested first, before cleaning commences.
Limate should not be used on Limestones and marbles.
At Chemiphase we take great pride in offering green , environmentally sustainable chemical solutions and as such all our products are produced using environmentally friendly methods and, where possible, are formulated to be fully biodegradable. Limate patio cleaner must be stored away from children.
Both types of staining can occur on paved surfaces, usually as a result of contamination from other sources, such as concrete furniture or the use of onsite mortars and concrete. Cement and lime deposits are generally insoluble and therefore require treatment by a suitable acid cleaner to fully remove them. Limate would be the best patio cleaner we would recommend for this application. To use Limate to remove cement, mortar and concrete stains, simply add the recommended dilution to the affected area, allow it to react for 5 minutes. Scrub the stained area with a bristle brush, working the Limate into the surface of the paving. Wash off with plenty of clean water and repeat if necessary.
Rust (Iron oxide) stains can be difficult to remove. Many dyes used to colour concrete products are based on iron oxides, so many chemical cleaning agents may affect both the rust and dyes. To use Limate to remove rust stains simply add the recommended dilution to the affected area, allow it to react for 5 minutes. Scrub the stained area with a bristle brush, working the Limate into the surface of the paving. Wash off with plenty of clean water and repeat if necessary.

best patio cleaner I have ever used. so good I'm ordering some more. its expensive but its deffo worth the money 5 stars
What a fantastic product, I simply sprayed it on, went for a cup of tea and ten minutes later power washed it off. So simple and incredibly effective.
I haven't seen my block paving look this good since i had it laid.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
It does everything it says regarding removal of stained garden slabs etc. The chemical does give off a strong odour and one should wear a nose mask. As for deep staining the spreading rate is higher and I would suggest ordering more than is recommended. It can always be kept for the future depending on the shelf life of the product. Do not dilute. Use traditional heavy sweeping brush for best results. Not sure about chemical reaction to skin as no instructions about application are provided. However taking normal protection as one would with chemicals I have had no after affects whilst using this product.
I put it into a watering can and sprinkled a few paving slabs at a time. It fizzes and smells strong so step back. I then pressure washed my patio. It took me 5 hours but it now looks like new. When I've pressure washed it without chemicals it always looks better but this got every bit of grime off.
Be warned that if it spills on your grass it will kill it. Some of the excess water gathered in one corner of my lawn and I have a dead patch now but will reseed and keep my fingers crossed!
I'll buy it again in the future.
The only snag with this stuff is, it took a week to get here. Take 2-3 days with a pinch, a big pinch of salt.
I had rust staining on a Haddonstone dolphin water feature. This was due to a galvanised ferrous mesh support for cobbles losing its zinc coating and rusting. I had overlooked the mesh as a source of the staining and suspect that by using chlorine tablets as a water clarifier, I had precipitated the loss of zinc and then reinforced the rust formation and its fixing. I applied the Limate, using a paint brush, to the dolphin feature and cobbles, then rinsed with water. The effect of only a small quantity of Limate in dealing with the staining was very impressive.
I would like to thank you for amending my order for me and also for the very quick delivery of the patio cleaner. Excellent service.
The 20 Litres arrived with 2 days and did exactly what it says on the tin. Happy with the service and product!
Hi, I bought this patio cleaner from Chemiphase in April 2010 and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use. You simply spray it on and it begins to work straight away lifting the grime up. After 10 minutes i jet washed the remains away and it left a completely clean patio. Very happy and would recommend this product.
