We offer a service for toll packing and toll repacking, toll chemical manufacturing, bulk chemicals including chemical blending in drums and contract chemical manufacturing. We specialise in processing and manufacturing chemicals including bespoke formulations.

At Chemiphase we toll manufacture in accordance with the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and our in house quality department ensures that standards are maintained. Free certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity are supplied with all products. As toll manufacturers we work in accordance with BS 8555.

All finished goods are packed, labelled and dipatched in accordance with CHIP and ADR regulations and we are currently working towards the new GHS and CLp regulations. We are happy to use customer supplied labels, if required, and we can ship goods direct to the end user, if required. Goods can be dispatched UK wide or overseas and we would be pleased to handle all your export documentation.

Chemiphase Ltd offer 'private' label services which incorporates having your requested products manufactured and branded as your own under strict ISO 9001 procedures, ensuring the highest quality products. All products manufactured at the plant can be labelled with your choice of company name, logo, contact details and delivered direct to site with product data sheets displaying your details and company logo.
All chemical products manufactured at Chemiphase Ltd are deliverd with the appropriate safety labels required by UK, EU and international transport and hazard regulations.
